Your purchase has been shipped, is brand new, authentic and has been checked thoroughly by us before sending. Hence, you would have to have a valid reason to send us a request for exchange through email.
- Request must be sent within 24h of receiving the item.
- We will examine and evaluate your purchase to see if it is valid for exchange
- It must be in the same new, never-used condition as they were received.
- All price tags attached and all accessories still intact.
- Exchange will be made at Sengkang MRT, there will be additional delivery charge if you opt for delivery.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND VALIDITY
- Full refund will be given only for deposit of PRE ORDER when the order is out of stock
- Strictly NO EXCHANGE for self-collected items as ample time for checking was given upon collection.
- Once our company tags & the respective brand’s price tag have been removed, we assume that you have accepted the items and all of its accessories in good condition
- Please refer to the brand owner directly (by email/ boutique walk-in) for any issues found out thereafter.
- No warranty will be given from our company except the authenticity of the items
- Our company have the right to close the customer's account for repetitive requests for exchanges.
