Please read carefully our TOC before contacting us for return or exchange

Your purchase has been shipped, is brand new, authentic and has been checked thoroughly by us before sending. Hence, you would have to have a valid reason to send us a request for exchange through email.

• Request must be sent within 24h of receiving the item. 
• We will examine and evaluate your purchase to see if it is valid for exchange
• We have a FULL RIGHT to reject the request, which case by case may be vary
• It must be in the same new, never-used condition as they were received.
• All price tags attached and all accessories still intact.
• Exchange will be made at Sengkang MRT, there will be additional delivery charge if you opt for delivery.
  
  
• Items must be returned within 2weeks from the request- if the time pass, we are sorry that no exchange/refund can be made.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND VALIDITY

• Full refund will be given only for deposit of PRE ORDER when the order is out of stock
• Strictly NO EXCHANGE for self-collected items as ample time for checking was given upon collection.

• Once our company tags & the respective brand’s price tag have been removed, we assume that you have accepted the items and all of its accessories in good condition
• Please refer to the brand owner directly (by email/ boutique walk-in) for any issues found out thereafter.
• No warranty will be given from our company except the authenticity of the items
• Our company have the right to close the customer's account for repetitive requests for exchanges.
• Our Decision is final  and not negotiable, if you need certain arrangement please email us before make a purchase
• Please respect our staff with dignity and in an event of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words we will not hesitate to report to the authority!
